Do I need to install new cameras?

No. Pacefactory works with most existing IP or analog cameras that support RTSP streaming. We use a secondary or third stream to avoid interrupting your main feed.

Is it cloud-based or on-premise?

Pacefactory runs on a local server (either on-premise or rental). This ensures full data control, minimal bandwidth impact, and real-time performance without relying on cloud latency.

How long does setup take?

Most deployments are up and running within 7–14 days once camera streams and server access are provided. We handle all calibration, testing, and initial tuning.

Will it disrupt my production lines?

Not at all. Our system runs passively in the background — watching and learning from your video feeds. There’s no hardware installation, no integration with your machines, and zero interruption to operations.

What about privacy and compliance?

Pacefactory supports privacy-first configurations with anonymized video processing and secure access. Video never leaves your facility without your permission, and all data remains within your network.

How do I give you access to the system?

We prefer VPN access with RSA token (restricted to the local server and camera IPs). As a fallback, we support temporary remote desktop tools like TeamViewer during the initial setup.

Pacefactory works with most of the existing IP or analog cameras via RTSP streaming.

To get started, simply provide:

Manufacturer name

IP & MAC address

RTSP stream URL

Username & password

Secondary/third stream setup (recommended: 640x360P @ 20fps, codec: H.264) 

Note: The main stream should remain reserved for your existing operations. If no substream exists, we help configure one.

We support on-premise or rental server deployments.

Remote Access Options

We securely access your environment to configure and calibrate the system.

Preferred method:
